How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

UK orders normally arrive in 4-7 days.

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping depending on your location. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

You can easily spot the best size for you by referring to our Size Guide that provides a conversion table to all major country size systems.

The Size Guide is also conveniently available on the page of each product.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us at admin@oiaboutique.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Please kindly note that once your order is packed and prepared for dispatch we may not be able to accommodate your request.

How do I know the status of my order?

Once you’ve placed an order you will receive a notification via email letting you know that we have received it. When an item is ready to ship, a dispatch notice will be confirmed by email. As a guide, we aim to get your order packed within 24 hours. We are a small team so thank you for your patience.

How To Return My Items?

As a small business every order and every customer means the world to us, and we are deeply committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of every customer with our products.

In the event that you need to return or exchange an item, we offer a flexible return & exchange policy within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, please ensure that the items are returned in their original state, unused. It's important to note that Oia cannot accept liability for returned goods that are stained, damaged, or corroded by makeup or perfume. If an item is returned in an unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Kindly note that earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

If you wish to proceed with a return/exchange, please contact us at admin@oiaboutique.com, and we will promptly provide you with an exchange/returns form and instructions for postage.

We kindly request that you securely wrap your items and enclose the exchange form. When sending the parcel back, we recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate for your records. Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow approximately 5-10 working days for us to process it.

I am missing an item from my order. Can you help?

If an item is missing from your order, email us right away at admin@oiaboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the parcel you have received, please include the shipping label in the image.

We will quickly check with our team to see if we can locate the missing item, or if we think it's been lost/ damaged whilst in transit so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Oia accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:

• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout

• PayPal: if you do not have an account yet, you can create one while shopping with us

• Apple Pay, Google Pay

• Klarna

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Do you offer warranty?

At Oia, we collaborate with carefully chosen manufacturers to create responsibly sourced pieces that are crafted to endure, and we have complete confidence in the quality of our products. To provide you with additional peace of mind, we offer a 60-day warranty starting from the date of purchase. If you encounter any issues, simply reach out to us, and we will work together to find a satisfactory resolution.

Rest assured that we take responsibility for any damage to the material or workmanship of your jewellery caused by production, packaging, or shipping errors. Should any such issues arise, please contact us, and we will collaborate with you to resolve the matter.

It's important to note that our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that naturally occur with regular wear and tear (such as a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of the product, or any modifications made to the product by a third party outside of Oia.

How are customs, duties & taxes are paid for international orders?

International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination outside of the UK. These are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover or reimburse this cost. This includes any import fees for orders sent with free shipping.

We recommend you check with your country's import regulations to see if there will be any additional costs before you receive your order.
